Treatment
You Don't Have to Stay Here
Depression is one of the most common mental health conditions. But it rarely gets better on its own. Family Healthcare offers compassionate, evidence-based depression treatment with licensed therapists and psychiatric providers who build a real plan around your life. $50 per visit. For most No insurance required.
Therapy, Medication & Real Support
A team of licensed therapists and psychiatric providers who treat depression with the full range of evidence-based tools — not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Depression looks different for everyone.
It's not always sadness. Depression can show up as numbness, exhaustion, irritability, or just a persistent feeling that nothing matters. Whatever it looks like for you — you don't have to keep pushing through it alone.
You came to the right place.
Depression isn't a character flaw or a sign of weakness. It's a medical condition — one that responds to the right treatment. The hard part is that depression itself makes it difficult to reach out. If you're reading this, you've already taken the hardest step.
At Family Healthcare, our licensed therapists, psychiatric, and medical providers work together to give you access to the full range of depression treatment — therapy, medication management, and for those who haven't responded to traditional treatments, ketamine-assisted therapy.
You don't need insurance to be seen. You don't need to be in crisis to come in. You just need to call.
What's Included in Your Depression Treatment
Therapy, medication management, and specialized options — all in one place with providers who actually listen.
Individual Therapy
Work one-on-one with a licensed therapist using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify patterns, reframe thoughts, and build real coping strategies.
LCSW · CMHCPsychiatric Evaluation & Medication Management
If medication may help, our APRN or PMHNP-BC will conduct a thorough psychiatric evaluation and work with you to find the right approach — and adjust it over time as needed.
APRN · PMHNP-BCKetamine-Assisted Therapy
For patients who haven't responded to traditional antidepressants, ketamine-assisted therapy offers a clinically supported alternative with rapid results for many. Ask your provider if it may be right for you.
Treatment-Resistant DepressionPersonalized Treatment Plan
Depression doesn't look the same for everyone, and treatment shouldn't either. Your care team builds a plan around your specific symptoms, history, and goals — then adjusts it as you make progress.
Tailored to YouCoordinated Care
When both therapy and medication are part of your treatment, our therapists and psychiatric providers work together — so your care is coordinated, not fragmented across different offices and providers.
Team-Based ApproachOngoing Support — For as Long as You Need It
Depression is often a long-term condition that requires ongoing management — not a one-time fix. Whether you need weekly therapy, monthly check-ins, or medication adjustments over time, Family Healthcare is here for the long haul. Recovery isn't linear, and your care plan shouldn't pretend it is.
We're With YouDepression doesn't get better by waiting.
Most people with depression wait years before seeking help — and the longer it goes untreated, the harder it becomes to manage. The good news is that depression responds well to treatment. Most people see meaningful improvement with the right combination of therapy and support.
Treatment isn't about being "fixed." It's about having the right tools to manage your mental health the same way you'd manage any other health condition — consistently, proactively, and with professional support.
At Family Healthcare, you have access to a full team of mental health providers who treat depression as the serious medical condition it is — without stigma, without judgment, and without unnecessary barriers to care.
Zero Judgment
Our providers understand that reaching out is hard. Every patient is met with compassion, patience, and the kind of honesty that actually helps.
Evidence-Based Treatment
We use therapy approaches and medications with strong clinical evidence — not guesswork. Your treatment plan is built on what works.
A Full Care Team
Therapists and psychiatric providers under one roof means your therapy and medication are coordinated — giving you better outcomes than either alone.
$50 Per Visit
Quality mental health care shouldn't be out of reach. At $50 per visit for most qualifying patients, we're here for anyone who needs support — not just those who can afford it.
