Family Physician (DO)

Dr. Trevor D. Page is a Board Certified Family Practice Physician. Dr. Page is originally from Cedar City, UT and completed his medical training at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Page completed his residency at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Page enjoys fishing, soccer, and basketball. He is married and has three children that keep him very entertained.
