Family Physician (DO)

Born and raised in St. George, Sam is glad to practice medicine in his hometown. After medical school at Midwestern University in Arizona, he went on to complete his Family Medicine residency at University of Wyoming in Casper. He is passionate about providing quality care to patients of all ages and is fluent in Spanish.  Experienced in the care of expectant mothers, he also provides prenatal care and delivery services.  In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, golfing, hunting, and spending time with his family.
