No. Family Healthcare serves patients with or without insurance. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, most private insurance plans, and self-pay patients. Our sliding fee scale ensures the cost of care is never a barrier.
Your slide level is based on your household income and family size. Our front desk team will walk you through it when you call or come in for your appointment — it's a quick, simple process with no judgment.
It helps to bring a list of any current medications, a summary of your health history if you have one, and any questions or concerns you want to address. If you have recent lab results from another provider, those are helpful too — but don't worry if you don't have everything. We'll gather what we need at your visit.
The physical exam itself is covered under the bundle pricing. Any labs, imaging, or additional testing ordered by your provider may be an additional charge — but these are also subject to our sliding fee scale.
