Nurse Practitioner (NP)

A Utah native, Heather loves her home state and working to serve the residents of Hurricane. She loves Family Healthcare’s mission to provide accessible, high quality health care to everyone in our community, regardless of their circumstances, and is especially passionate about mental health care and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension. Heather also provides menopausal hormone therapy. When she’s not at work, Heather likes to hike, backpack, garden, and play racquetball.
